The Letter Taw:

At the center of the Parenthesis of Scorpio, (here appearing in Word 223) the letter Taw is represented in its original form, as appears in ancient Hebrew, as a Cross (+), illustrating the centrality of the Cross in the Work of Resolution.

This is a representation of the 400 Words of the Eternal Book in a simple form of a table, as a square of 20 x 20 Words.

This is the total number of Words, comprising the 3 Words of the Central Verse (A HAWAYA BEREŠIT), the 394 Words of the 12 Verses (from ʻATA to HAKALIL), and again the 3 Words of the Central Verse.

The flow of the Words is linear.

The Letter Taw:

At the center of the Parenthesis of Scorpio, (here appearing in Word 223) the letter Taw is represented in its original form, as appears in ancient Hebrew, as a Cross (+), illustrating the centrality of the Cross in the Work of Resolution.

Here, the same 400 Words are arranged in a form we refer to as a “diamond”. This term can refer to several shapes, this specific one being a square tilted at 45 degrees.

Every square can be represented as a diamond, displaying a particular property:

Each square number is the sum of 2 triangles: the triangle of the root of that square, and the triangle of the same root, minus one.

This can be expressed in this formula: n² = Tn + T(n-1).

Thus, the upper triangle contains 210 Words (the triangle of 20); the lower triangle: 190 Words (the triangle of 19); and 210 + 190 = 400.

In this representation the 400 Words are arranged in the form of an odd-numbered triangle.

This is yet another shape any square can take, reflecting that the square of n is the sum of all the odd numbers from 1 to the field of n; the field of a number being the sum of that number, and of that number less one.

Each number thus can be seen as the center of such a “field”: for example, 2 is at the center of 3 (or 3 is the field of 2), as we could visualize a string of 3 dots, 2 being at the center, with one before it, and one after it.

Or 5 is the center of 9: 4 before, and 4 after…

Thus, in this diagram:

400 Words: root = 20.

The field of 20 is 39 (19 before and 19 after 20).

1 + 3 + 5 + …. + 35 + 37 + 39 = 400.

This is the simplest representation of the 400 Words in the shape of a Cross:

4 arms of 24 x 4 = 96 Words each.

The center of 4 x 4 = 16 Words.

96 x 4 = 384. 384 + 16 = 400.

The Letter Taw:

At the center of the Parenthesis of Scorpio, (here appearing in Word 223) the letter Taw is represented in its original form, as appears in ancient Hebrew, as a Cross (+), illustrating the centrality of the Cross in the Work of Resolution.

Here, the 400 Words form an elongated Cross.

The upper arm of the vertical current comprises 9 x 8 = 72 Words; the same as the right and left arms of the horizontal current.

The lower arm of the vertical current comprises 15 x 8 = 120 Words.

At the center is a square of 8 x 8 = 64 Words.

72 x 3 = 216, + 120 = 336, + 64 = 400 Words.

The flow of the Words is linear.
